What counts as 1 channel?
A channel is any single connection to a Meta account: WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. You can mix freely: 100 WhatsApp accounts, or 40 WhatsApp + 30 Instagram + 30 Facebook, or any other combination within your plan's limit. Each connection counts as 1 channel.
I am a Builder customer, how do I activate the 30% discount?

Can I migrate from the Meta API directly without rewriting code?
Yes. Evo Hub works as a transparent proxy. If you already have code running against the WhatsApp Cloud API, just change the Base URL in your HTTP client and add our API key. Your current payloads keep working perfectly.
What is the difference between Evo Hub and Evolution API?
Evolution API focuses on integrations for WhatsApp Web/MD instances. Evo Hub is an enterprise product focused on governance, unifying Meta's official channels (Cloud API, Instagram Graph API, Facebook Graph API) under a single resilient architecture, built for observability and high availability.
Is webhook delivery guaranteed?
Yes. Evo Hub includes a retry system with exponential backoff that tries to redeliver the event for up to 7 days if your endpoint returns an error status (5xx, 4xx) or times out. You never lose a customer message.
Where is the infrastructure and how do you handle LGPD?
Our Cloud infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean (NY-3 region, New York). Data travels encrypted and processing follows the legal bases for international transfer set out in Brazil's LGPD. You do not need to maintain any infrastructure of your own.
Are there official SDKs?
We currently support Node.js/TypeScript, Python and Go with official SDKs. We also provide an up-to-date OpenAPI Spec (Swagger) so you can generate clients in any other language with codegen.
